2020 - The prices are seasonally divided as follows.

JANUARY-MARCH

From January 8th to March, a daily rent of 115 euros per night applies. The weeks that affect the February school holiday in Sweden have a slightly higher daily rent of 125 euros per day.

APRIL

The month of April is 133 euros per day, in addition to the Easter holiday in Sweden, which is charged at 167 euros per day.

MAY-JUNE

For May and June its 145 euros per day except for the last two weeks, which are charged at 230 euros.

JULY

July, is 230 euros per day.

AUGUST

August is 230 euros per day.

SEPTEMBER

The first two weeks of September apply for a daily rent of 230 euros per day. The last two weeks in September, the daily rent drops to 145 euros per day

OCTOBER

October is the daily rent of 133 euros per day.

NOVEMBER

November 115 euros per day.

DECEMBER

December until around December 21 is the daily rent 133 euros.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR

Over Christmas and New Year from December 22 to a week into January, the daily rent is 167 euros.

OTHER FEES

Cleaning fee is mandatory with 105 euros after stay, deposit payable with 300 euros. We have staff and service partners in place who make the stay pleasant.
